Hi! I’m Sharon, a writer, editor, literary coach—and occasional podcast mischief-maker. My writing has appeared in Bridge Eight, Jersey Devil Press, Leopardskin and Limes, Café Irreal, and a smattering of other excellent, genre-bending, word-loving publications.
I used to run The Reader Berlin, where I had the joy of working with lots of incredible emerging and established writers. I also briefly co-hosted the Story Strumpets Podcast, where we talked stories, creative process, and the chaos of the writing life.
I provide manuscript assessments, mentoring, and proofreading services for authors. Whether you’re polishing a novel, untangling your plot, or simply looking for someone to tell you the truth (kindly, I promise), I’m here for it.
I’ve got a sharp editorial eye, a brain wired for story and —according to voice memos, lots of live reading and a few karaoke nights— a pretty great voice, too! Which means I am open to collaboration (wink wink).
